Question 1

What is the difference between OEM and ODM keyboard manufacturing at Deying?

Accepted Answer

ODM means you select one of our existing, already-tooled keyboard or mouse platforms and customize the logo, colors, keycaps, packaging and firmware lighting. OEM means we engineer and tool a product to your own industrial design and specifications. ODM is faster to market; OEM gives you a fully exclusive product.

Which certifications do Deying keyboards and mice support?

Accepted Answer

Our current wireless and wired models are offered with CE, FCC and RoHS compliance for the European and North American markets. Please request the catalog to confirm the certificate status of a specific model before ordering.

Question 3

What can be customized on a private-label keyboard or mouse?

Accepted Answer

Typical customization includes logo printing or laser engraving, housing color, keycap material and legends, switch type, RGB lighting effects, DPI presets, connection mode (wired, 2.4G, Bluetooth) and retail packaging.

Question 4

How does Deying keep mass production consistent with the approved sample?

Accepted Answer
